Klipp is operated by EMM Media ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the Klipp app collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.
Your information is used only to provide Klipp's features: showing your hair history to you and the professionals at your shop, managing bookings and notifications, and running shop subscriptions and promotions. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Subscription and campaign payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe's secure pages and never touch Klipp's servers. Stripe's handling of your data is covered by Stripe's privacy policy.
Data and photos are stored with our hosting provider Supabase on servers in the European Union, protected by access controls so that only you, and the professionals at the shop you've joined, can see your records.
Photos in your hair records are visible to you and to the professionals at your shop. Photos uploaded to the public inspiration gallery by shops and professionals are visible to app users and visitors browsing as guests.
Your data is kept while your account exists. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from inside the app (Profile → Delete Account (see the account deletion page)). Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Klipp is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this address with a new effective date.
